Sticky Presentations Consulting+Design is a professional service where we help you design and develop your presentation visuals from conceptualisation to finish.

If you have existing slides, we will help you rewrite them with clarity and impact. If you have yet to develop your presentation slides, we will work with you and your team to help you develop your story, which will then be converted to slides.

For a presentation to be effective, it has to be persuasive as well. Presentation slides have to be clear and communicate only key messages. Depending on the nature of your presentation, your visuals vary from key text to diagrams to illustrations or images representing the message you want to communicate.

Bad presentation slides that are ineffective are fairly common these days. Either they are over crowded with unnecessary graphics or small and lengthy text that are barely legible. As a result of this, presenters end up reading from the slides instead of speaking to the audience.

When you engage our Consulting+Design professional service, we work with you to rewrite or develop your presentation slides incorporating the Sticky Presentations principles. Our 4D deisgn process is explained below.

Discovery

In this initial phase, we will conduct a whiteboard session with you and your team to gather information and understanding about the objective and content of the presentation you want to develop. We also go through a brain storming session to spur ideas on your topic.

Depending on how much content you already have and the complexity of your content, the discovery session might take from two to six hours.

Division

Once the objective and content has been established, we then analyze your content and start to divide (or break) them down into small chunks. Here, we develop a concept storyboard on paper from the content in the discovery phase. You will then get to review the storyboard and make changes. We make every effort to ensure that all details and content are interpreted accurately and that you are comfortable speaking with every slide that we develop.

Design (and Development)

When you confirmed and signed off the concept storyboard, our designers will start to design and develop the storyboard into slides, making them visually exciting. We will cleverly construct text, diagrams, and select images suited for each slides matching the theme and objective of your presentation. We can design your presentation slides using either PowerPoint or Apple's Keynote.

Delivery

This is the final phase of the process where you will get your final presentation slides. At this point, you should already have your speech drafted out and be able to practice together with the completed slides. Our consultant will be available for one of your practice sessions to review and fine tune the slides before your actual presentation.
